Zlatan Ibrahimovic position is more risky than Lukaku ones. The Attorney’s Office could open an investigation through the acquisition of images, voices, sounds and if there is still uncertainty about the Belgian’s words (“I’ll shoot you in the head” ), no doubt exists on what has been said by the Sweden player: “Go to do your voodoo sh*t”. It all depends on how the Attorney’s Office will read this sentence: if there is a racist meaning, Zlatan Ibrahimovic could fall in the article 28 of the Sporting Justice’s Code. It means a heavy sanction.
Art. 28: discriminatory conduct
1. Any conduct which, directly or indirectly, results in offence, denigration or insult on grounds of race, color, religion, language, sex, nationality, ethnic origin shall constitute discriminatory conduct, personal or social condition or constitutes ideological propaganda prohibited by law or otherwise advocating discriminatory behaviour.
2. The player who commits a violation referred to the paragraph 1 is punished with the disqualification for at least 10 games or, in the most serious cases, with a disqualification for a fixed period and, for the professional sector, with the fine from EUR 10,000.00 to EUR 20,000.00.
As a conclusion, Zlatan Ibrahimovic risks a lot compared to Romelu Lukaku. The Sporting Judge’s decision will come tomorrow, but the case is unlikely to close tomorrow. Especially if there will be – as is likely – the opening of an investigation by the Attorney’s Office
Да заплашваш някого със смърт е напълно логично ако си черен и същия този ти е казал ... магаре.
Затова другият отнася 10 мача наказание, а ти получаваш близалка и утешителна прегръдка.
